A lightly sparkling wine made with black muscat.
The closed tank method is applied where bubbles are naturally produced under controlled pressure and temperature conditions.
Impressive gold-yellowish color, elegant sweetness of fresh harvested honey and explosive aromas of rose and yellow fruits(Peach, Apricot etc) are released through refreshing bubbles pleasantly caress the palate.
Great paring with seafood, cool raw salads, fruits or pastries, but do not forget to try it as an aperitif.
