Made from 100% indigenous grape variety "Trnjak".

Hand-harvested clusters of Trnjak were chilled before removing the stems and partial crushing of berries. After cold maceration of a few hours , free run juice was transfered for settling. Cold fermentation was under controlled conditions with maximum focus on the preservation of freshness and varietal aromas of Trnjak. Upon completion of fermentation, the wine is aged for six months in stainless steel tanks before bottling .

Enjoy with cheeses, light pasta dishes or fish. Serve chilled at 10-12°C.

The winery is located in the village of Crnopod Ljubuski, on the karst plateau of the Medjugor region.
The estate has approximately 190,000 grape vines on 35 hectares of land.
Harvest yields are strictly controlled and the latest brewing techniques are used to maintain consistent quality.
