The grapes are hand-picked at dawn, pressed directly from the grapes, and fermented in stainless steel tanks at temperatures between 8°C and 14°C.
Made from a blend of Viognier and Sauvignon, it has a beautiful, glossy green color.
The nose features notes of apricot and white peach.
In the mouth, it is lively, mineral, and has a grapefruit aroma.
