1-2 tablespoons lemon juice
A pinch of salt
Optional:
A pinch of grated garlic
Chopped parsley, to taste
A pinch of cumin
Place all ingredients in a bowl and whisk well.
Taste, and if it's too thick, add a little water to adjust to your desired consistency.
