A sparkling color reminiscent of bright, shining wheat ears.
The aroma is very rich and complex, with fresh citrus and lime notes layered with rich aromas of ripe peach.
The taste is crisp and dry, but there is a subtle sweetness in the finish, leaving a gentle aftertaste throughout the white wine.
