Selian Reserve Rouge

After destemming and crushing, the wine goes through careful maceration to slowly bring out the inherent characteristics of the Carignan grapes.
Fermentation is carried out at a controlled temperature of 24°C, and the wine is then aged for 18 months in oak barrels.

When poured into a glass, the rich aroma spreads, with a rich aroma reminiscent of candied fruit and a hint of spice.
