Pale golden in color, this wine offers a rich aroma of a variety of flavors, including elderberry, lemon, white peach, and a subtle hint of flint. David Moret studied viticulture and oenology before opening his winery in 1999, specializing in white wines. As one of Beaune's leading négociants, he purchases grapes in small plots and vinifies them in his own cellars. He uses approximately 40% new oak barrels in the vinification process, taking care not to overshadow the unique flavors of each plot.
