Elegant richness with an aromatic medium finish

Hand harvested clusters of Merlot were chilled, destemmed and cold soaked for couple hours and then fermented in stainlees steel temperature controlled tanks. After alcoholic fermentation wine continued with spontaneous malolactic fermentation. Upon completion of malolactic fermentation wine was aged in stainlees steel tanks. Wine is bottled and stored for additional 3 months before release.

Enjoy with red meat dishes and vegetables. Serve at 18°C.

The winery is located in the village of Crnopod Ljubuski, on the karst plateau of the Medjugor region.
The estate has approximately 190,000 grape vines on 35 hectares of land.
Harvest yields are strictly controlled and the latest brewing techniques are used to maintain consistent quality.
