Arab pickles are a common winter food in Middle Eastern households. Round eggplants are stuffed with walnuts, garlic, and chili peppers and pickled in sunflower oil.
Some households add lots of chili peppers to make it spicy, but Mechaalany's makhdoos is mild so that everyone can enjoy it.
The soft eggplant, crunchy walnut texture, and soft garlic and a little chili pepper create an exquisite accent.
When you tear off pieces of pita bread, baguette (French bread), whole wheat bread, etc. and eat them with McDoos, you won't be able to stop eating them♪
