It is characterized by a deep, rich flavor.
This wine is a representative Tunisian wine that is both popular and powerful, made by blending Syrah and Carignan grown on the sunny limestone hills where the ancient Punic agriculturalist Magon also practiced grape cultivation and aging them in barrels.
The name of the wine expresses gratitude to Magon, who wrote about winemaking methods during the Punic era.
*Carefully hand-picked grapes are brewed using traditional methods.
To maximize the rich aroma and tannin color, the wine is macerated (the juice is allowed to come into contact with the skins during fermentation) for about 15 days.
After strict selection by experienced experts, the wine is aged for 12 months in French oak barrels.
