Meridiem　LES HEMERIS SAUVIGNON BLANC PAYS D’OC

This wine is made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes grown in clay-limestone soils.
The vines are 20-40 years old.

It has a pale yellow hue with greenish hues and elegant aromas of peach and summer fruits.
It has refined nuances of white fruit and a rich, ripe flavor.

We recommend pairing it with grilled fish, fried vegetables, cheese, and strawberry cake. It tastes even better when served at 10-12°C.
