LES HEMERIS MERLOT PAYS D'OC　

The clay-limestone soil, interspersed with gravel on the surface, provides excellent drainage. Made with 100% Merlot grapes, the vines are 20-40 years old.
Fermented in stainless steel, the wine underwent a 15-20 day maceration period and was then aged in stainless steel tanks.

A vibrant ruby red color, the wine offers aromas of ripe red fruits (cherry and raspberry) with hints of vanilla and licorice.

The palate is round and velvety, with supple tannins, moderate acidity, and flavors of black fruits and sweet spices.

An ideal accompaniment to grilled meats, aged cheeses, and chocolate desserts.
Best enjoyed at a serving temperature of 14-16°C.
