Meridiem　LES HEMERIS CHARDONNAY PAYS D’OC

The clay-limestone soil, interspersed with pebbles, provides excellent drainage and temperature regulation. Made from 100% Chardonnay grapes, the vines are 20-40 years old.

Fermentation and aging are carried out in stainless steel tanks, preserving the varietal's distinctive aromas.

Bright, golden color and fruity aromas of pear, peach, almond, and hazelnut.

The palate is full-bodied, with fresh fruit and a hint of vanilla.

Perfect as an aperitif, or paired with shellfish, seafood, and mild cheeses.

Best enjoyed at 10-12°C.
