The wine is made with a strong commitment to organic farming, hand-picking, limited yields, and strict selection. It is aged for 18 months in traditional Burgundy barrels.

(About Domaine de Montmain) A historic winery established in 1971. The soil is carefully managed using organic fertilizer. They have been practicing organic practices since 2018, aiming to obtain organic certification in 2026.
