Le Blanc White

The grapes are hand-harvested at dawn, pressed directly into the white wine, and fermented in stainless steel tanks at a temperature controlled between 8°C and 14°C.
Pale yellow in colour with golden reflections, the wine has elegant fruit aromas, enhanced by the ripeness of the Sauvignon.
