It was named after the autochthonous Montenegrin white grape variety Krstač, which has been cultivated since ancient times in the vineyards of the Podgorica subregion.

It is characterized by fruity aromas reminiscent of ripe peaches and pears.
On the palate, it is light and fresh, with a mineral background and very pleasant acidity on the finish.
The wine is light yellow in color with greenish reflections.
Aged for 8–10 months in stainless steel tanks on fine lees.
The recommended serving temperature is 8–10°C.
It features a screw cap, making it convenient to handle.
