"Hum" is an old Slavic word meaning "hill" or "elevated land". It was named after the world-famous grape variety Cabernet Sauvignon, which took root in Herzegovina and further enhanced its individuality.
In addition to the rich aroma of black fruits such as blackberries and plums, nuances of sage and dark chocolate spread. A complex and attractive flavor with a spicy and fruity taste, refreshing acidity and a cranberry-like flavor.
Please enjoy it with meat dishes with a strong flavor such as grilled dishes or stews.
Aged in oak barrels in a stone cellar built in the 15th century. A red wine with a sense of history and romance.
★Tuvrdos Monastery Wine
The Serbian Orthodox Monastery of Tuvrdos, located in southeastern Herzegovina, has been making wine since the 15th century.
This historic monastery wine is made using grape growing and brewing techniques passed down from generation to generation by monks.
Please enjoy the taste that breathes tradition and faith.
