The grape were hand-picked in the early morning hours , after which whole clusters were pressed and juice naturally sedimented 24 hours . Clear must have been inoculated with selected yeasts and fermentation was controlled at low temperatures . Upon completion of the fermentation the wine was separated from coarse sediment and occurred maturing on fine lees stirring occasionally . After clarification and filtration the wine is bottled .

Located in the village of Crnopod Ljubuski on the karst plateau of the Medjugor region, the winery owns approximately 190,000 grape vines on 35 hectares of land.
Strictly controlling yields and using the latest winemaking techniques, the winery maintains consistent quality.
