In the Middle East, fava beans are used in a variety of dishes, including croquettes (falafel), salads (fool midamis), mashed and wrapped in a pie and fried (taameya), and cooked with rice and macaroni (koshari). Ingredients: 1 can of farrow beans (400g) 4 cloves of garlic Juice of 1.5 lemons Salt and pepper to taste Finely chopped Italian parsley to taste Olive oil to taste -Put the farrow beans, along with the water from the can, into a pot and bring to a boil, then simmer on low heat for 10 minutes. -Combine the garlic, lemon juice, salt and pepper in a pot and simmer for 1-2 minutes. -Turn off the heat and add the parsley. -Serve on a plate while still warm and drizzle with a little olive oil. - Enjoy it with delicious bread♪ Foul Medammes, Foul Medames, Foul Medammas, Broad beans
