Rice: 2 cups
1/2 cup vermicelli (angel hair)
Water: 2 1/2 cups
Butter: 2 tablespoons
Salad oil: 1 tablespoon

How to make it
1. Wash the rice and drain in a colander.
2. Fry the vermicelli in butter and oil until golden brown.
3. Add the rice to step 2 and stir-fry until the oil is evenly distributed.
