The vineyards, owned by the family for six generations, cover 25 hectares. They are vinified traditionally, with low-temperature pre-fermentation followed by aging in cement tanks.
A deep ruby-colored wine. It starts with aromas of black fruits such as prunes and spices.
The mouthfeel is fleshy and supple, with a hint of black currant. It has fine, firm tannins, and leaves a pleasant, long-lasting freshness at the end of the drink.
