Meridiem　CHARDONNAY BY “MONSIEUR MARCEL” PAYS D’OC

The striking label design makes you feel like you can hear Monsieur whistling.

The previous winemaker, Monsieur Marcel, was passionate not only about winemaking but also about music. He was said to be constantly whistling in the vineyards.

This wine is made from 100% Chardonnay vines, 20 to 40 years old, grown in a clay-limestone vineyard with pebbles, providing good drainage and temperature regulation.

Fermentation and aging in stainless steel tanks brings out the grape variety's natural aromas.

The wine has a bright golden color and offers aromas of fresh fruits such as pear and peach, as well as almonds, hazelnuts, and a hint of vanilla.

This wine is perfect as an aperitif, and also pairs well with shellfish, seafood, and mild cheeses.

We recommend enjoying it at 10-12°C.
