Couscous "Couscous" which is perfect for "Messelmani Mediterranean Couscous Sauce" is the world's smallest pasta made from durum wheat eaten in North Africa and France.
In addition to couscous sauce, it can be easily paired with any meal, such as salads and stews.

Ingredients: 100g of couscous, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 100ml of hot water, a pinch of salt.
Add the same amount of hot water as the couscous, cover with plastic wrap, and steam for about 10 minutes until the moisture evaporates.
Open the lid and gently loosen the couscous with a fork until there are no lumps to make it fluffy.

In the microwave, put the same amount of water as the couscous in a plate and microwave at 600w for 1 minute without the lid on.
