Easy recipe for Foul Midamis (Lebanese style) Fava Beans salad
【material】
・Fava Beans (boiled)...1 can (400g)
・Garlic...1 clove
・Lemon juice...appropriate amount
・Salt and pepper...to taste
・Italian parsley (chopped)...appropriate amount
・Olive oil...appropriate amount
【How to make】
1. Put the Fava Beans, along with the water from the can, into a pot and bring to a boil. Once boiling, reduce heat to low and simmer for about 10 minutes.
2. Add the garlic, lemon juice, salt and pepper and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
3. Turn off the heat, add the Italian parsley and mix lightly.
4. Serve while still warm in a serving dish and finish with a drizzle of delicious olive oil.
Serve it with bread at the table.
