-Put the product in a bowl.
-Add an equal amount of water, mix well and leave for 2 hours.
-Roll into slightly flat balls.
(You can make it smoother by wetting your hands with water before rolling.
If the dough is loose and difficult to roll with your hands, you can scoop it up with a large spoon and drop it into the oil.)
-Fry in oil.
-Serve with vegetables such as lettuce and tomatoes and tahina sauce (a sauce made from white sesame seeds).

How to make Tahina Sauce
1/2 cup Tahina (white sesame paste)1-2 tablespoons lemon juice
A little salt
Optional:
A little grated garlic
A moderate amount of chopped parsley
A little cumin

Mix the ingredients together with a whisk.
Taste, and add water if it is too thick.
In addition to falafel, this sauce has a refreshing taste and goes very well with grilled meat, fish, fried foods, and vegetable sticks.
