＜About canceling an order＞

Cancellation before the product is shipped is free of charge. (Excluding special orders)
If you cancel after shipping, you will be charged 1,100 yen for round-trip shipping (additional charges will be added if there is a remote island charge).

<If the parcel is refused to receive or returned due to long-term absence>

If you are unable to receive the product within 5 days (4 days for refrigerated delivery) from the date of arrival of the product, your order will be canceled and the product will be returned to you, so please be sure to check the date and time of receipt and the courier's absence slip.
If the product is returned, we will charge you the actual cost of round-trip shipping and 330 yen for administrative fees.
